Highlighting the importance of this role
Working across our SIL (Supported Independant Living) homes and Learning and Lifestyle Centre, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. You'll also inspire our clients to engage in a variety of flexible learning programs, recreational activities, and social events tailored to their NDIS goals. No two days will be the same - you may hear that phrase a lot but here at Endeavour Foundation, you will see it in action!
